   Amejman is an aggregator that connects travelers/guests with the accommodation provider. Amejman states the following:

   • The website is marketplace that displays the available hotels, guest house, villas, apartment, resort (properties) registered to the company and does not own them. The rates and facilities are not offered by us and we have no control over them.

   • You agree that any liability in relation to any services being offered on the Website in accordance with the applicable laws shall be that of the operators and not that of Amejman.

3. User Account

   Amejman offers you facility of opening user account on the website. These terms apply only to account holders.

   • We take full responsibility of keeping your account secure and your details confidential. We are not responsible if someone else uses your account to book.

   • In the event that you are viewing and using this website through a registered account, you agree to take responsibility of all the activities that occur through your account.

   • The website should be solely used for booking the rooms or gaining information present in the sites. The details of the account should be completely true and verified.

   • Amejman reserves the right to refuse your access to the website, terminate your account and/or cancel your bookings if we have reasonable belief that your account is being used without abiding by above cause
